**Mursal Noorzai**

With an interest in economics and politics, my aim is to strengthen international cooperation, global dialogue and sustainable partnerships.

Born in Afghanistan, raised in Pakistan and living in Munich since 2011, I bring a cross-cultural perspective shaped by my diverse cultural, economic and political experiences.

In 2015, I founded the initiative ‘*Across Borders – Beyond Limits*,’ a platform for promoting international dialogue, intercultural exchange, equality and sustainable strategic cooperation.

I have over a decade of experience gained through my work in multinational companies across various industries and technological sectors.

Furthermore, I have initiated and organised numerous intercultural and socio-political events in Munich.

Fluent in German, English, Urdu, Hindi, Pashto, Punjabi, Dari and Tajik, I navigate multicultural and multilateral contexts with ease and regard intercultural competence as a strategic factor in modern governance.

I am guided by a sense of responsibility, democratic values and strategic vision. I represent a new, internationally minded generation — committed to actively shaping economic competitiveness, social cohesion and constructive global cooperation.
